Cross Country and Track Shadow Day

Head Cross Country Coach, Sean McCafferty and Head Track & Field Coach, Karl Torchia invite you to participate in a special shadow day for students interested in running Cross Country or participating in Track & Field at CBA. The shadow day will be followed by a Cross Country meet. On October 3, 2023, CBA has a home Cross Country meet and we want you to have the opportunity to see what being a member of the team is all about. Your day will begin at 11:30 when you'll be paired up with a current Cross Country runner or Track & Field member and attend 3 of his classes followed by lunch. At the end of the day you'll have the chance to be with the team as they prepare for the meet and then cheer on the Colts from the sidelines!
